Ms Pamela Ku is the Acting Secretary General of the Hong Kong Chamber of Shipping. She is also the Chief Executive Officer of the Belt & Road Hong Kong Centre and the Bay Area Hong Kong Centre since November 2017.
Pamela holds an LLB degree and a Master of Science degree in Social Science from the University of Southampton, UK. She was admitted as a solicitor of Hong Kong in 1998.
